The Mentoring Protocol is the educational guide for mentors who support care leavers. It contains useful information on the mentoring process for youth leaving the alternative care system, as well as practical advice and useful resources in order to guide mentors through the process, with a focus on the development of the After Care Plans for young care leavers.
