Description:
The TRANSFORM project aims to tackle growing labor shortages in sectors crucial to the green and digital (twin) transition. By utilizing a “Living Lab” approach, the project strengthens collaboration among adult learners, training providers, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and public authorities. This collaborative foundation is designed to co-create, test, and validate innovative reskilling and upskilling programs for adult workers across seven EU countries.
Activities:
- Conducting workforce skills gap assessments and collaborative workshops with MSMEs and career counsellors.
- Co-creating the “TRANSFORM” online modular training courses and a Career Guidance Excellence program.
- Developing the “Smart Skills Intelligence Portal” equipped with digital self-assessment and skills mapping tools.
- Piloting and validating the training programs with adult learners and business representatives.
- Establishing the “TRANSFORM Reskilling Lab” to foster multi-stakeholder collaboration.
- Organizing regional policy forums, national conferences, and a transnational final event for upscaling and dissemination.
Results:
- Online modular training courses developed to reskill 210 unemployed or employed workers.
- A Career Guidance Excellence program designed for 70 MSME employers and professionals.
- An open-access “Smart Skills Intelligence Portal” featuring personalized skills assessment and mapping tools.
