The Athens Lifelong Learning Institute is happy to announce the delivery of a two day training seminar on Supported Independent Living (SIL) for care professionals across Europe.
In the framework of the PROUD project (Promoting supported independent living as an alternative care practice for unaccompanied minors) the training is targeting all care professionals and child professionals who work in SIL or who are setting up SIL. The main objective of the training seminar is to improve existing care and support practices and to build the knowledge and skills of all relevant professionals on the supported independent living schemes for unaccompanied minors.
The training seminar is organized by the Stichting NIDOS, the Dutch national guardianship institution for unaccompanied and separated children. It will take place online for two groups of participants on the 3rd and 4th November 2020 and on the 9th and 10th November 2020.
