- Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Workplace;
- Intercultural Training for the Workplace;
- Skills and Knowledge to foster a more inclusive and technologically advanced workplace.
The specialized workshops within the Newcomers@Work project aim to support employers, HR professionals, and other company representatives in successfully integrating NEETs with refugee and migrant backgrounds into the workplace.
These interactive sessions provide practical tools and insights on using artificial intelligence in professional settings while promoting an inclusive workplace culture.
The workshops incorporate knowledge from the Newcomers@Work Curriculum and practical tools.
