The Athens Lifelong Learning Institute, as part of the European project titled “Sharing good practices in the field of vocational education across Europe”, invites professionals in the field of vocational training and adult education to participate in the first online workshop of the project, which will take place on 23 November 2020, on Moodle platform.
The workshop coordinator and facilitator is the Vocational Training Post- Secondary School SZÁMALK-Salesian, which is an education provider in Hungary, with extensive experience in the design and provision of educational programmes for youth, with a special focus on vocational training programmes on media, arts and tourism.
During the 4-hour online workshop, innovative ideas and practices for the effective implementation of vocational training programmes will be presented, while discussions will be held on the future prospects of vocational training initiatives in Europe, with the participation of all project partners from six (6) European countries (Italy, Malta, Hungary, Turkey, Portugal and Greece).
The Athens Lifelong Learning Institute would like to invite all interested trainers, vocational training providers, adult educators and relevant stakeholders to participate in the workshop and benefit from the opportunity to learn more on the current provisions of vocational training initiatives and to discuss with colleagues from across Europe on issues related to the improvement of lifelong learning interventions.
