The TRANSFORM project has come to an end with success, providing a variety of valuable resources and educational material that are now available for all the relevant stakeholders and the general public to use. Our journey ended with the Conference that took place in Kaunas, Lithuania and our Multiplier events where we had the chance to present the results of the project.

In the context of the TRANSFORM project a great series of innovative results was developed.

THE FOLLOWING RESULTS ARE FULLY COMPLETED AND AVAILABLE FOR YOU TO USE

● PR1. e-Toolkit “Quality assurance for digital transformation to high-quality inclusive online training in adult education organisation” – it consists of three interconnected online learning tools for adult education organisations to implement their digital transformation plans.
● PR2. Assessment Tool with micro-credential “Digital Transformator” for tracking the progress of adult learners (adult educators-practitioners) in the learning process for digital transformation from face-to-face training to open online training.
● PR3. OOC “Developing adult educators digital competence for pedagogical activities towards for digital transformation to high-quality inclusive online training” consists of 7 modules and includes learning material for developing four main digital competences: digital resources; teaching and learning; assessment; empowering learners for digital education.
● PR4. e-Guide: Facilitation of the Learning Hub “Digital transformation to high-quality online training” consists of 4 interconnected supporting guidelines for adult educators-facilitators to provide training for adult educators-practitioners on digital transformation.
● PR5. Short Online course (SOC) “Gender equality in the labour market” for adult learners, especially women, to empower them to participate equally with men in the labour market and overcome gender-based stereotypes.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Our project aimed to support adult education organisations and adult educators in the development and implementation for digital transformation to high-quality inclusive online training by developing the Learning Hub “Digital Transformation”.


We successfully implemented a series of innovative activities that enhanced the knowledge and skills of adult educators and facilitated the process of the digital transformation of adult education providers.

TARGET GROUPS

• Adult education organizations and their staff;
• Adult educators, including practitioners;
• Adult educators-facilitators who provide training for adult educators-practitioners;
• Adult learners, especially with a disadvantaged background.
