Digital transformation in adult education for inclusive online training

CURRENT PROGRESS

• PR2 Assessment tool has been developed in all partner languages. For each skill there have been developed appropriate questions, which were supervised by the coordinator.

• PR2 Assessment tool is placed in the Moodle virtual learning environment and available at
https://transform.lpf.lt

• PR5 SOC “Gender equality in labour market” has been piloted with adult learners in all partner countries and final version is available in all partner languages at https://transform.lpf.lt.

• PR3 Curriculum is finished and the development of the course Modules is in progress.

• PR4 E-guide for adult educators is in the early stages of development.

The training will cover such topics as:

• developing the participants’ competences to facilitate the training of adult educators-practitioners using the Learning Hub “Digital transformation to high-quality inclusive online training”.

• going briefly through the whole learning process suggested by OOC “Developing adult educators-practitioners’ digital competences for digital transformation to online training” as learners.

• testing the quality of content and digitalization of the open online course “Developing adult educators’ digital competences for digital transformation to high-quality inclusive online training” in pairs using the developed in PR1 “Methodology to measure the quality of developed online training course” by evaluating seven modules of OOC.

• testing and evaluating the quality of the Assessment tool with the possibility to obtain the micro-credential “Digital Transformator”.

• testing the subject-specific training course “Gender Equality in the Labour Market” and suggesting improvements.

• getting the feedback from the LTTA participants for improvements of e-Guide for facilitators.

EVENTS

• The training for adult educators on how to implement the digital transformation to online training using the e-tools developed within the project is coming.

• The training is planned to be hosted by project partner GrowthCoop in Granada, Spain on 11-13 December 2023.

AIM OF THE TRAINING

The main aim of the training activities in Granada is to train 15 staff members and volunteers of partner organisations on how to become the facilitators and run effectively the Learning Hub “Digital transformation to high-quality inclusive online training”.
