The Athens Lifelong Learning Institute invites you to the event “The Deep Network: Connecting Research with Education for Sustainable Seas”, which will take place at its Lifelong Learning Hub (Kolokynthous 23, PC 104 36 Athens) on Friday June 28 at 17:00

The event takes place within the framework of the “The Deep Network” project, which is co-financed by the Erasmus+ program.

Through adult education, the “The Deep Network” project facilitates access to scientific knowledge about the sea for the general public. By bringing together marine researchers and adult educators, the project provides accessible knowledge about the human on the seas and appropriate training for adult learners to adopt sustainable practices in their daily lives and contribute to social change for a sustainable future.

Partners in the implementation of the “The Deep Network” project are the University of Tromsø from Norway and the non-profit organization Interchange from Germany.
