The Athens Lifelong Learning Institute invites you to participate in the two-day training program entitled “HUMAN CAPITAL – The most important resource for any social enterprise“.

This training program is concerned with the importance of human capital in the functioning and sustainability of social enterprises, NGOs and other social economy organizations. It is organized by Athens Lifelong Learning Institute in the context of ” SE Hubs – Co-creating Hubs for Social Enterprises” project which is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme. It is going to take place on:

• April 4^th, 2022 – 09:00-17:00 and
• April 5^th, 2022 – 09:00-15:30

The seminar is hosted at Serafio City of Athens (Echelidon 19 & Pireos 144).

The training addresses employees and members of social enterprises, NGOs and other social economy organizations, directors, staff managers and trainers.

The training will cover the following topics:

✔         attracting and selecting human resources,

✔         training and developing human resources,

✔         enhancing work efficiency of human resources,

✔         employee diversity management,

✔         cooperation with vulnerable groups and

✔         employee needs assessment.
