Athens Lifelong Learning Institute invites you to participate in the focus group discussion of the European Project entitled “Digital Transformation – Corporate digital transformation for remote working”.  The project aims at helping SMEs – SMEs managers and employees adjust and adapt to the new normal caused by the coronavirus outbreak by putting at the forefront the need and responsibility for working remotely. 

In the context of this project, implemented by the Athens Lifelong Learning Institute and relative organizations from Austria, Cyprus and Spain with the funding of the Erasmus+ Programme, there is going to be development of educational material covering the needs of small and medium sized enterprises, in order to support the transition and adjustment to remote working.

A series of discussions with focus groups is organized for the development of the educational material and the training of the employees working in small and medium sized enterprises, with the aim to explore the working remotely manager and employees’ digital literacy level, as well as the needs and challenges these enterprises faced while transitioning to remote working.

It would be our pleasure if you would participate in our online group discussion which will take place on Wednesday 02 March, 2022 at 17:30-19:00. During this online meeting we will discuss and discover the digital challenges of the new reality called “remote work” and we will analyze the benefits and drawbacks of the new working environment.
