Are you a teacher or an artist and want to integrate art into the educational process or vice versa?
Do you want to use innovative practices to teach a foreign language through art?
Do you want to enhance your students’ language skills through artistic creation?
In the context of the European project TEAPOT, Athens Lifelong Learning Institute invites teachers, artists and other professionals working in the field of education and art to take part in the three-day training seminar entitled “Art in Education”.
The seminar will take place on 19, 20 and 21 April 2023, 10:00 – 14:00, at the Athens Lifelong Learning Institute Hub, 23 Kolokynthous Street, Athens, Greece.
The main language of the seminar will be English as teachers and artists from France, Italy and Croatia will also participate. For some activities both English and Greek will be used.
The detailed programme will be announced in the coming days.
The three-day seminar will include a theatre and painting workshop by experienced artists as well as presentations and activities by the TEAPOT project partners (English Com’Eddy Theatre, University of Zadar, Balamòs Teatro, Athens Lifelong Learning Institute).
Through your participation you will gain knowledge and skills to implement innovative practices that enhance language skills through art.
