The Athens Lifelong Learning Institute is calling you to join the Online Multiplier Event, which is scheduled for the 29th of August 2024, between 16:00 and 17:30, of the Erasmus+ 4LessBurnout Project.
This event is open to professionals who work with vulnerable social groups, such as educators, social scientists, occupational health specialists, psychologists, human resources managers and social workers
The session will mainly focus on:
- Raising awareness on which factors cause professional burnout and how to tackle them.
- Discovering new methods and techniques in order to assess and address the stress and burnout that may occur in the context of social professions.
- Presenting the tools and resources developed and implemented in the context of the 4LessBurnout project, aiming to enhance the mental well-being of our target group.
