It is part of\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0SEHUBS\u00a0co-creating hubs for social enterprises (SEs) from Italy, Greece, Bulgaria, and Poland, developed for the ones who dream to change the world.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The shadowing program provides opportunities for direct exchange of knowledge and experience on beneficiary level, encouraging the establishment of new strategic partnerships between SEs from the 4 European countries. It focuses on different areas of operation of SEs and allows exchanges by sending and hosting SEs from various sectors in Italy, Greece, Bulgaria, and Poland.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The program aims to meet and offer common learning spaces for 48 trainees\u00a0and adult learners among which 24 social enterprises and 24 representatives of SEs, who are interested in innovative tools and methods for personal job development and social inclusion.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each shadowing program will be conducted by 1 local organization (SE) hosting 1 fellow &#8211; representative of a foreign SE &#8211; within 6 days between July and October, 2022.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-6cfe1fd elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"6cfe1fd\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" id=\"CTA\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-7a5990e\" data-id=\"7a5990e\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6530cd1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6530cd1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSeRuNEkWp-wtBot_Glyxp5LTFed3SFun_AoZ3ctx92SSvdz2Q\/viewform\">If you want to be a  Host Organization <\/a><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-079cd06 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"079cd06\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">CONDITIONS FOR APPLICATION: <\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-148f8dc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"148f8dc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To apply for the shadowing program as a host organization, the applicant SE shall simultaneously meet the following 5 main criteria:<\/p><ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>The SE operates at least 1 year before the date of application.<\/li><li>The SE has the capacity (physical space and necessary equipment) to provide a 6-day shadowing program for 1 fellow between July and October 2022.<\/li><li>The SE has human resources &#8211; 1 expert (at least) who speaks English and can be engaged with 1 fellow (manager\/employee).<\/li><li>The SE has expertise from experience regarding challenges and strengths in terms of management and expert work with its target groups.<\/li><li>The SE has strong motivation for further development of its activities and is open to acquiring knowledge and experience.<\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The application will be accepted for consideration if the official representative of the social enterprise has completed and sent this application form by June 20th, 2022.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>Important:<\/u><\/strong> Preferences will be given to the SE applicants whose team members have participated in the &#8220;HUMAN CAPITAL &#8211; The most important resource for any social enterprise&#8221;, organized by the program coordinators.<\/p><p><strong><u>Important:<\/u><\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the time of application, the SE applicant must certify that, as a host organization, it will be able to provide all necessary anti-epidemic measures imposed in the country to ensure the safety of the fellow. The potential of each pair of 1 host organization and 1 fellow will be analyzed based on the information and preferences indicated in their application forms, considering also:<\/p><ul><li>their motivation for participation in the program,<\/li><li>the field of activity of the host organization and the field of activity of the SE where the fellow is working,<\/li><li>the professional background and position of the fellow, and<\/li><li>their challenges and strengths in terms of management and expert work with their target groups.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight:
