First e-Workshop for the Inclusive Schools for Roma project

The Athens Lifelong Learning Institute, the Institute of Educational Policy, Antirropon and New Horizons, as partners in the Inclusive Schools for Roma project, organize and coordinate the first of a series of workshops in order to provide information on the project and promote the public dialogue on the educational and social inclusion of Roma students in the Greek education system. The first workshop, to be held on Tuesday 07/07 in zoom platform, targets at the Roma population and the educational authorities in Crete. Project partners, along with members of the civil society, parents associations, decision makers in the field on education and inclusion and teachers are expected to provide their views on the role that local communities and mediation initiatives can and should play in the full participation of Roma students and their families in the local school communities.  The e-Workshop is a means to activate schools in Crete so that they participate in the forthcoming project activities.
